All Day Wedding Package

What is the ‘All Day Package’

Acting as your Host or Master of Ceremonies we will make sure your wedding flows seamlessly, right from the beginning to the end leaving you to enjoy the entire day – totally stress free.

The “All Day” Package includes the following:

  • Early set up before you & your guests arrive
  • Your specified music during the ceremony
  • Background music of your choice during the drinks reception and wedding breakfast
  • Act as your Master of Ceremonies making all the announcements for you
  • Handheld or Lapel Microphones for the speeches
  • And of course the evening disco

Depending on your colour theme, we have either a white or black fronted DJ booth. As with all our events you will have written confirmation of your booking knowing that you are dealing with a full- time professional DJ/Host. Access to your ‘GC Event Planner’ is also included.

With all events we prefer to have face to face consultations with you. This allows us to discuss your wedding itinerary, any special requirements you may have and add that personalisation to your wedding day.

Additional Lighting

With various different styles of additional lighting available, we have the ability to create that additional classy touch to your venue. With options including Fairy Lighting, Festoon Lighting, Uplighters and Illuminated Letters you can be assured we can cover every requirement. All of our equipment is now LED and this is the safest equipment to use, its not hot to touch and very safe for little hands if they touch the lighting.

Creating a perfect image

LED LOVE Letters

Our 5ft LED LOVE Letters are a very popular additional hire item and admittedly make a perfect backdrop for any image. We hire these letters across the country and the price is an all day rate. Big thanks to beth Anne Photography for the image you can see. We have the ability to custom make any letter if you wish to have your initials, new surname or any other word and number.

Starlight Dance Floors

Adding that extra elegance and sophistication from a Starlight Dance Floor truly does make a huge difference for your wedding reception. Add the popular ‘Dancing on Clouds’ and the little LED’s from the dance floor will shine through the cloud and what a fantastic image you can get from your first dance. The Starlight Dance Floor is available in all sizes and the LED’s can be set from a slow fade and twinkle all the way to reacting to the best of the music.
